The Zen Buddhist Thich Nhat Hanh describes emptiness as full of everything and empty of nothing. Mandala meditations are aimed at cultivating an awareness of this dual nature of reality, which consists of both form and emptiness.
"Form is emptiness, emptiness is form; emptiness does not differ from form, form does not differ from emptiness. The same is true of feelings, perceptions, mental formations, consciousness." - From the Heart Sutra
