Yoga Bliss is an opportunity to renew your body, mind and spirit so that you can be your most Blissful Self. No Yoga Experience needed.
A blended practice - Yin, Restorative, Aromatherapy and Yoga Nidra. Nourish yourself with the deep passive opening through Yin Yoga. Then transition to fully propped and Restorative Yoga postures. The practice concludes with a sweet Yoga Nidra(deep relaxation)experience. Aromatherapy essential oils and soothing music will envelope you in a state of bliss throughout the entire practice.
