Unwind and Wine retreats are designed for singles, couples or friends who’s perfect idea of a holiday includes a healthy dose of indulgence balanced by fresh air, nature, and activity.
To achieve a fine balance, we practice both yin and yang styles of yoga. We use the yoga modality as a release to unwind from the demands of daily life; to increase flexibility; increase our sense of being present; and enhance our primary tastes, smells and senses to discern personal flavors. Guidance through the chakras, energy levels instantly build, your sensory journey begins as we balance ourselves with the breath, sipping in the prana.
Wine educator and Sommelier, Michelle Mckeever, will share with you her passion, experience, and wisdom of wine. Each day, one of our gourmet meals will be paired perfectly with regional and international superstars, while gaining a deeper understanding of each wine.
Tasting wine after the practice will complement your state of mind and elevate your taste buds. Sharing the "Vin" in Vinyasa! Join us on this fun journey of feasting your senses both on and off the mat, helping you to unwind...and wine.
